The Summer Menu Brings Tasty New Additions to the Fort Langley and Abbotsford Eateries
Exciting news for all the foodies out there! Trading Post Brewing has just updated its menus at both the Fort Langley and Abbotsford eateries. With new and returning dishes, there’s something for everyone to try.
Let’s start with the Harvest Bites, a vegan and gluten-free dish that features house-made chickpea fritters, served on a bed of arugula salad with a side of garlic dill dip. For those craving something more indulgent, the Poutine now comes with house-made beef gravy and Meadowfresh Dairy cheese curds, while the Seared Sesame-Crusted Tuna offers a fresh and light option with yellowfin tuna, citrus ponzu, mango salsa, watermelon radish, and wonton crisp.
The Tomato Tortilla Soup is a delicious vegan and gluten-free option, made with roasted corn, black bean, and fried tortilla. And for those who love their veggies, the Broccoli Salad is a great option, featuring vegan broccoli florets, cherry tomato, craisins, crispy & red onion, charred corn, and a smokey northwest dressing.
For those looking for heartier options, the Voyageur burger is back on the menu, made with 63 acres beef, balsamic onions, crispy onions, arugula, applewood cheddar, and truffle aioli. The Harvest Club is another vegan option with a house-made chickpea & vegetable patty, arugula, pickled onion, tomato, garlic dill, and ciabatta. And seafood lovers can indulge in the Prawn Pesto Linguine, featuring garlic-marinated prawns, basil pesto, sundried tomatoes, almonds, white wine lemon jus, and parmesan cheese.
In Abbotsford, the menu also boasts a Feature Flatbread, a rotating dish created by the culinary team, as well as the Spicy Tuna Steak, a 6oz seared yellowfin tuna served rare with a spiced crust, arborio rice, julienne carrots and cucumber, chipotle yogurt, mango salsa, citrus ponzu, and micro sprouts.
Last but not least, the TP Barbeque Ribs are a crowd favorite, featuring Johnston’s pork ribs, house-made bbq sauce, slaw, fries, and the option of a half or full rack.
