April is here and we have some delicious food features lined up at our eatieries!
Let’s start with our appy feature – Housemade Pakoras. Our prep chef extraordinaire Jeet has crafted a recipe that will tantalize your taste buds. These crispy and golden-brown pakoras are made with potato, onion, red pepper, cilantro, and chickpea flour batter. Served with tamarind and mint chutney, these pakoras are the perfect gluten-free snack to kick off your meal.
For the main course, we have a Tempura Beer-Battered Cod Sandwich that will surely impress. Made with a crispy and flavorful beer batter, the cod is fried to perfection and served on a soft potato bun. Topped with pickle slaw, marinated onion salad, and butter lettuce, this sandwich is a true treat for seafood lovers.
And finally, for dessert, we have a Key Lime Pie that will transport your taste buds to a tropical paradise. Our very own Sous Chef Marc has crafted a gluten-free graham cracker coconut crust that adds a delightful crunch to the creamy and tangy key lime filling. Topped with coconut whip and dehydrated lime, this dessert is a perfect ending to a scrumptious meal.
