It’s sweater weather which means new tasty creations at our Fort Langley and Abbotsford Eateries! From wine-poached pears to smoked brisket, we’ve got something sure to keep you warm this season.


Poached Pear Salad

Pear and Proscuitto Crostini

Let’s start with some lighter options… The Poached Pear Salad features pears delicately poached in wine, giving them a tender bite and savoury flavour. Crispy prosciutto and frosted almonds gives this salad some body, all tossed with mixed greens and a balsamic honey vinaigrette. If you wanna share, look no further than the Pear and Proscuitto Crostini. The same delectible pears and prosciutto as before, served atop herbed cream cheese and a crisp crostini, finished with a drizzle of balsamic.

Everyones favourite slurpable rainy day food… spaghetti! Our Bison Meatball Spaghetti features four juicy house-made bison meatballs with homemade marinara. The spaghetti is tossed in a rich mornay cream sauce, served with toasted herb-oil crostinis and parmesan. If you’re feeling more carb-conscious, the Bison Meatballs shareable has got you covered. Six of the same bison meatballs tossed in marinara with a side of crispy crostinis.

Montreal Smoked Meat


Meat-lovers rejoice! Our new Montreal Smoked Meat is piled high with Montreal smoked brisket, dill pickle, and toasted fennel mustard between two slices of marble rye. Finally, a new member joins our burger family… Terra. This 63 Acres beef patty is topped with crispy prosciutto, applewood-smoked cheddar, crispy onions, arugula, and balsamic. All this between a toasted brioche bun schmeared with truffle aioli. You won’t be leaving hungry after these.
