OUR FOOD

Our goal is to use fresh, local, seasonal ingredients as available, preparing them with care and minimal intervention, allowing the natural flavors to speak. To that end, all seafood is Ocean Wise or responsibly raised, poultry is fresh from the Fraser Valley, pork is from Chilliwack, and beer is naturally raised in BC. Our food style can best be explained as being beer-focused, contemporary, Canadian comfort food that is created to be accessible to our guests, while pushing the boundaries to create differentiation within the competitive marketplace.
